Hi PRC,

This is Ma. Andrea Aguila. I would just like to request to change my LERIS account name from "MA. ANDREA" to "MA ANDREA".

In my birth certificate, my Maria is abbreviated, hence, "Ma."
I have probably mistaken adding the period as I always include it in practice when filling up government forms.

Let me know if I need to provide anything. I no longer have my NOA but I have all my previous PRC licenses, and PSA birth certificate.

I would greatly appreciate if you can assist me this as I am also endeavoring to renew my PRC license this year.
