I would like to select a transaction for my online application in the issuance of certificates needed for ranking, but when I tried to make a transaction at prc LERIS, it says that Record Mismatched. I checked the details already, I cannot seem to edit my name, it should be Daniela Mae Joseph Cañete. In my prc account, it's only Daniela Mae Joseph Canete. I would like to ask how can I edit my name on the prc online so I can make a schedule for my certification. Thank you!
