This pertains to the opening of bids conducted by this Office last July 5, 2022 for Contract ID No. 22N00177, where R.A. Pahati Construction & Supply, Inc. was one of the participating bidders, but was found non-complying due to expired PRC License of PE (Ludymar L. Languez).

With this, we would like to request confirmation/validation from your Office if the submitted/attached (machine copy) of the PRC License under Registration No. 0083662 in the name of Languez, Ludymar L. was valid during the opening of bids conducted last July 5, 2022.
