I've tried making an appointment for Nurse Stateboard Verification but show Valid ID not found. Plese enter your valid id in your profile detail. But other services I am allowed to make. Only having problem with stateboard verification. Can please help address the problem. I have a recorded video of the problem in case you need. My details as follows below:
