Hi! I have tried to proceed to PRC initial Registration to have my PRC ID (Medical Laboratory Technician) but I can't proceed to my transaction due to "RECORD MISMATCHED". Because I entered a wrong Birthdate 10/05/1999 instead of 10/24/1999. I tried submitting tickets to PRC Tuguegarao branch before but I haven't received any response from my concern and until now it's not yet corrected. Can you help me with my concern please. thank you and God bless.
