This is to kindly request the list of countries with which the Philippines has reciprocity agreements (in force) for Civil Engineering practice, according to the applicable law.
Additionally, what are the procedures for a Foreign Civil Engineer to obtain a Professional License in the Philippines if their country of origin is not covered by a foreign reciprocity agreement?
