Hi. I am Sam-on A. Hadji Halid from Jolo, Sulu. I have been trying to get an appointment to renew my Licence (RPT) but has been prompted with Mismatch information.  I have been to the PRC site many times to review and edit my info, all I can see that is Mismatch is my name, see my real name has hyphen (-) "SAM-ON" in it. But when I registered on the site I cannot add a hyphen, so my name appears as SAM ON. I did sent an email request to the PRC Help but with no reply. Hopefully, you can help me. Thank you 😊
