Hello, I have an appointment for License renewal last Dec 8 2021 at RMC PRC. However, I was not able to attend on my schedule. Today, I have tried to apply for an appointment for id renewal again, but it says that I still have an on going renewal. May I know if it is still possible for me to go to RMC PRC so proceed with my exisiting application? Also. I would like to ask for RMC’s contact details to confirm if thay are now accepting non employees for ID renewal.

The RMC PRC appointment slot is intended for their professional employees only; nonetheless, if you have chosen this appointment, please be advise that you go to any of our Service Centers in NCR to complete your transaction. You can still claim your ID, if already paid, even if you haven't attend on your appointment schedule.
