Good day!
I would like to raise a concern regarding my online initial registration. I passed the board exam last November 2022 and will be taking our oath this January 28, 2023. Upon initial registration in the PRC website and online appointment for a certification of rating it said “Record Mismatch”. I already went to the nearest PRC Office which is PRC- Butuan (Robinsons Mall) and was expecting to have no errors after raising the concern in the office. However, when I was going to initially register and appoint a schedule for a certification of rating, it says “Record Mismatch” again. Thank
