Hi, I would like to ask regarding the record mismatched upon my initial registration.  I correctly entered all the right information in the initial registration. What even made me more confused was that all the information I entered in the initial registration was also the information reflected from my Notice of Admission. What are the possible steps I could take to solve this? I already send various emails on your website but I got no response. I also visited the main office of the PRC in Cebu last December but they were not able to assist and help me resolve the issue.
