Hi! I have tried making appointment for my oath takingg online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered just my name as MA instead of MA. with period? I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Rosales branch is considered? Thank you so much.
