Hi! I can't make an appointment for the renewal of my professional id card due to RECORD MISMATCHED and the email address I used to renew my account is not found on my PRC online profile. I would like to ask for a correction on my online profile regarding the details of my initial registration. I contacted already PRC thru email and landline but no response.
