Greetings!

I would like to ask for a response from your office regarding on the "Practice of Architecture" in LGU's. Clarification includes the following:

1.Are Civil Engineers qualified to practice "scope of practice" entitled to architects under R.A. 9266?

2.Is Practice of Architecture equivalent to Practice of Civil Engineering?

3.Can the LGU's resist implementing R.A.9266?

Hoping for your response regarding this concern, it is much needed for proper recognition of professionals in their specific field of practice without encroaching practice of others.
