Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID  online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I was still single when I took the LET . I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Morayta branch is considered? Thank you so much.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is a frontline service transaction and not valid as FOI request. May we respectfully provide the Client Relationship 
Management System (CRMS) link, where you can raise your queries to the appropriate office for them to provide an immediate resolution to your concerns.
