Hi Good day!

Would it be possible if I request a change of location for my PRC renewal? I had an appointment today at Iligan City but the staff informed me, release of my ID will take a while, an estimate of 1 month or more. My concern is I will be going back to Cebu next week and I need my ID for my work. I didn't know that this is their process since I am already staying and working in Cebu for years. Is it okay if I change the place of renewal to Cebu? Since in Cebu, the release of ID is done within a day.

While our aim is to provide service whenever possible, we regret to inform you that once the payment is settled, the appointment place cannot be cancelled nor changed. However, you may visit the concerned PRC Regional office of your appointment place and ask for any possible solution they can provide with regards to your problem.
