I recently passed the Chemical Engineering Licensure Examination last May 2023 and our scheduled oathtaking will be on July 7. Part of the process prior to the oath is to register under OATH for the checking of attendance. I input my application number  but "RECORD MISMATCHED" displayed. I double-checked my NOA and my name indicated in it is correct. How am I gonna solve this?
