I am writing this request for the correction of my Name on my LERIS online account. For the reason that I cannot put special characters in my middle name upon registration. I want to request for the correction of my middle name from COGA AY to COGA-AY as seen here in my  PRC ID. Thank you!

I tried contacting their tech support thru email last July 11, 2022 but until now I haven't received any response yet.
