Purpose: I really need to have my online initial registration for me to be able to have my OATH taking.

Hi,

I have tried having my Initial registration for my Oath Taking for LET online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I think the reason is the Name that is on your system has space while my name has no Space even in my NOA. I already emailed technical assistance but no response, I also went two times to the PRC office but still received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" Is there anything that I can do to have my initial Registration? Thank you so much.
