Hi! I would like to request the document regarding PRC Resolution No. 1118, series of 2018 and its Annex/es and succeeding guidelines as it is not published in the website of PRC. I am seeing snapshots of the said issuance but not seeing it published on the website, I am having second doubts if this is being enforced or not.
