Hello, 

I've been trying to communicate with PRC for a refund regarding with the authentication of my documents. I happened to schedule an appointment in PRC Sta. Rosa for an authentication of a document which was release at PRC Morayta. They declined the process since the document should be authenticated at PRC morayta which they didn't informed me at the first place. And also why they accept the payment and appointment at the first place? For reference please see below details of my payment.
