Good day, ma'am/sir!

I am LONAPE ALAP-AP CUBALAN and I am writing this email to ask for technical assistance with my PRC account. Today, I tried to register for the oathtaking for professional teachers but I cannot proceed because it says INFORMATION MISMATCH. I think the problem is in my middle name because in my LERIS account the middle name that I put is ALAP AP because the site doesn't allow me to put a dash (-) in my middle name meanwhile in my NOA they already put ALAP-AP in my records which is what is truly stated in my birth certificate. I hope you could help me to fix this problem.
