Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have information you have requested. May we inform you that PRC does not have data regarding "practicing" professionals in a certain area. However, the statistics that PRC has are professionals with valid identification cards in a certain area based on their place of registration, practicing their profession or not. You may send again a request if you if you want to gather the available data.
