Dear Mam/Sir,
Good day!
I processed my PIC RENEWAL dated 03 January 2023 in LERIS SITE (https://online.prc.gov.ph/), however I cannot put dash (-) to my surname, BORBE-LOCRE. It only appears as BORBELOCRE. During the final submission, “RECORD MISMATCHED” popped up.
Can you please help me with my concern ASAP, as my PIC was expired already since PRC CRMS (https://crms.prc.gov.ph/feedbackform?page=concern) hadn’t replied to my queries dated 06 & 18 Jan 2023, respectively.
