Hello, I need to book an appointment with PRC for stateboard verification as soon as possible but the system says I have a name record mismatch. I already raised a concern in CRMS website (VMTV7YN1) but the response was general only. Please help correct my middle name on my PRC online profile from Castaneda to Castañeda because when I registered, it does not accept the letter Ñ. Thank you.
