Good day,
I am trying to have a online appointment for my certificate of rating but a "record mismatched" appear.It seems my last name on my online PRC  account is different from my initial registration due to my change status (marriage), but it was already done along time ago.I already emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph a few days ago but I still haven'tv received any rply.

Respectfully asking for some assitance regarding this matter.
