Hi, I am trying to process the renewal of my professional identification card. On my license, the surname indicated therein is correct, which is Mañalac. However, on my NOA, it was Manalac. Due to that, I cannot proceed on my renewal application. May I know how can I update my personal information to avoid this record mismatched? Hope to hear from you. Thank you.
