Good day. 

 I mistakenly encoded "STA" in LERIS PRC online account as my middle name even though my correct middle name is "MALABANAN", this is also the middle name in my PRC license. I wrongly encoded my last name as well as "MARIA" instead of "STA. MARIA"  

I would like to request for any ways I can edit my profile for this to be corrected.
