Hello po, 

Let me explain my scenario. Nag-email po ako sa PRC region 3, PRC central office and PRC Registry Division na itransfer ang COR(LUPON) from central office to Region 3 as I will use it for overseas application.  Binigyan na po ako ng instruction ng Registry Division and PRC region 3 na gumawa ng letter of intent, and then, waiting ang reply ng central office( since this is where I initially registered) pero until now po wala po feedback. What can I do to make PRC central office to answer my request para hindi na po ako need lumuwas ng province. Thank you so much!
