Dear PRC, 

One of our clients is working abroad in Vietnam. As a condition for the renewal of her work license there, we are preparing (1) a certified true copy of her PRC license and (2) a copy of the relevant government document (here, PRC Office Order No. 184, series of 2021) stating that the signatory in the certified true copy is indeed duly authorized to make the said certification.
