1. A list of registered community pharmacists in Quezon City

2. If available, the contact numbers of these registered community pharmacists in Quezon City

This data would be used to identify potential respondents for our undergraduate thesis. All information will be kept confidential by the researchers involved in writing the said undergraduate thesis.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your requested information is limited to/can only be disclosed to the Accredited Professional Organizations and/or other government agencies/entities with data sharing agreement to PRC.
