Good day. This refers to my Professional Identification Card (PIC) application. I chose RMC Professional because it was the only location that was still available when I made an appointment.  I had already paid and secured an appointment when I earned that releasing of Professional Identification Cards (PIC) at RMC Professional is for their employees only. I emailed the PRC at ncr.lrd@prc.gov.ph and prc.reg@gmail.com to request for other location and appointment date, but my emails could not be delivered. Are there any available means to reach out the PRC for my request? Thank you.
