Good day.
This is to seek the indulgence of the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering to clarify unequivocally and with particularity Section 3, Paragraph (a) of Board of Agricultural Engineering Resolution No. 07, s. 2003 as to what specific plans, designs, specifications, and cost estimates are being referred thereto to be signed and sealed by a Registered Agricultural Engineer. Does the subject provision of said Resolution include, among others, civil/structural and electrical designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates of any agricultural and biosystems building?

I am a Registered Electrical Engineer by profession and the Head of the Electrical Section, Planning Division , Provincial Engineer's Office of the Province of Laguna. The purpose of the inquiry is to clearly delineate the scope of my profession in such a manner as not to encroach any scope of practice of Registered Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers.
