Hi, I would like to request an assistance on my Online renewal of PRC ID on my LERIS Account. Whenever I click the proceed button of the renewal transaction, "RECORD MISMATCHED" appears. I've also answered the CRMS request for assistance form, and this is my ticket number: GK0G5JY8.
