Hi! I would like to ask how I can request for my Lupon? I already got my PRC license at PRC robinson starmills pampanga last year 2022. I already went to the PRC office at robinson starmills pampanga and PRC office at Sn Fernando Pampanga to get one, but they cannot find my Lupon.   

I have not received mine ever since my registration from PRC. Since
