Good day!

I have tried renewing my PRC ID (Physician) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I think it is because my changed registered name in the online account does not have a hyphen between my maiden surname and married surname. I also tried to submit a request for technical assistance in their website, but there is no response. How do I go about this now, will I be entertained for renewal is I just walk in a PRC Regional Office in the NCR?

My license will be expiring in a day and the resolution of this issue will facilitate renewal. How will I be able to renew without late penalty, if this is not addressed yet? May I be a walk-in at a PRC Satellite office? Thank you.
