I want to correct my birthday in my PRC leris account so that I can file for my renewal. I cant find a way to do it since the email addresss for IT support that was provided in the orc website is already outdated.

I already tried making a request months before on that link you gave but didn't get a response from them. I can see that other requests for the same case have been accepted, can you explain why can't you help me with this?
