To whom it may concern,

Greetings!

This is Helen B. Ajon, the BLEPT focal person of Teacher Education of the Northern Bukidnon State College  (formerly known as Northern Bukidnon Community College). 

CHED is requiring us to submit a copy of our school's performance in the recently concluded BLEPT examinations.

In lieu, on behalf of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, I would like to request copies of the Performance of our School in the BLEPT last March 2022 to June 2022

Dear Helen Ajon,

I refer to my letter of Sep 13, 2022 11:11:31 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Performance of our School in the BLEPT last June 2022.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please submit an accomplished request form to Research and Statistics Division @ rsd1@prc.gov.ph.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 06, 2022 03:17:04 AM, your request will be closed.
