Good day! 

Good morning ma'am/sir, my problem is that I can't access my account in PRC. I clearly remember my account but, when I sign in, there is a notice which states that "account you entered does not exist, entered a valid email or create a new account".  

Respectfully asking for some assistance regarding this matter
