Dear Ms. Nixie Gem Rivera,

I refer to my letter of Aug 23, 2023 10:43:45 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of registered veterinarians and ophthalmologist in the Philippines 2016-2021.

The professional registry Division already responded to you via email and informed you that PRC does not have information for Ophthalmologists and advised you to coordinate at Philippine Academy of Ophthalmologists.
The similar profession, covered by PRC is Optometrists, which we request you to submit another request if you opt to gather the available data.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 08, 2024 02:29:49 AM, your request will be closed.

Please respond to the email thread of our conversation regarding your request on September 19, 2023, subject is the eFOI tracking number.

I refer to my letter of Oct 16, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of registered veterinarians and ophthalmologist in the Philippines 2016-2021. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 08, 2024.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
