Hello Ma'am/sir I would like to request for assistance regarding the application number of Rei-John Galvero De Jesus, since it doesn't match to my name on my leris account. I'm trying to schedule an appointment for my oath taking but Everytime that I enter my application number it says record mismatched. My name on my leris account don't have dash, but in my credentials and in PRC record it has. This was approached to PRC staffs during exam application in Romblon Romblon last January. I hope you response as soon as possible po. Thank you so much po🥰
