Good Day. I filled in the details for my brother's registration in LERIS to renew his license and mistyped his date of birth. His correct date of birth is 07/29/1972.

I have emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph  last December 2, 2021 , but have not received a response. I have tried sending an email to prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com, but the email has bounced back. I have also opened a ticket with crms (  Ticket No: CUFJMA6C  12/7/2021 1:23:39 PM) but still no response.

Please help.
