Good day!
I would like to request your assistance on my PIC renewal. I have been trying to secure online appointment schedule since February 2022 but failed as system popped up "RECORD MISMATCHED".
As instructed by the system, I have sent mail to technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph with the required information on Feb. 14, 2022 and again on May 25, 2022 as no response has been made.
Same concern was emailed to prc.helpdesk2@gmail.com on Feb. 14, 2022.
I have also raised my concern via https://crms.prc.gov.ph/ with ticket number DZP3ZZUX dated July 04, 2022.
Please help me. Thank you

I would like to express my gratitude for your assistance. I am very happy that my request was acted favorably that allows me to renew my ID. If not with this platform, my request for renewal with concerned agency would have not acted.
