Hello Ma’am or Sir,

I passed the licensure exam for teachers year 2018, this is my second profession and I was not able to do the oath taking due to personal circumstances. I would like to schedule myself for oath taking in Leris but they need my NOA and I lost it already. Is there any way to retrieve it ? Hope someone could help me. Thanks
