Greetings.

I would like to request from your good office to edit my Birthdate on my LERIS/ PRC online account because I wasn't able to make an appointment because the Birthdate on my LERIS Account is wrong/different from my PRC records.

Correct Birthdate : JULY 28,1994

I hope you can help me with this one. I am counting on you.
