Good day! I am LAJA, AMRINA R., board passer of the Nursing Licensure Exam  last NOVEMBER 2022 in Zamboanga City. My registration number is 0962495.
I am writing this letter to ask for assistance for the immediate printing of my board certificate/lupon to be forwarded to PRC MORAYTA.  I am processing my papers for abroad. The deadline will be on LAST WEEK OF OCTOBER. I have been repeatedly going to PRC Morayta to get my board certificate but they said it has not yet been printed and I need to send this email. 

Please help me because I really need this document as soon as possible.
