we are writing to ask and request for the comprehensive list of HEIs (both public and private), and their corresponding performance on select disciplines. The particulars are as follows:

(1) The number of takers, number of passers, and passing rate by HEI, and by discipline (see attached file) for the periods covering 2013 to 2017; and (2) The national passing percentage for the periods covering 2013 to 2017, of the cited/select disciplines.
