Good day! I would like to request for an electronic copy of the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act No. 10915 (Philippine Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Act of 2016) adopted and promulgated by the Professional Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering and approved by the Professional Regulation Commisssion. Said Act lapsed into on July 21, 2016 yet I cannot find any copy of its implementing rules and regulations (IRR) online even in the website of the Office of the National Administrative Registrar (ONAR) and the Official Gazette.

I refer to my letter of Aug 08, 2019 10:49:31 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 10915.
Our response to your request is due on Aug 29, 2019 10:49:31 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because we cannot find any copy or record of the implementing rules and regulations of the said Act. We already forwarded your request to Professional Regulatory Board Division who may possibly have a copy of your request.
