Record Mismatched during EOAT appoinment

Requested from PRC by E. Eudela at 01:51 PM on Sep 13, 2021.
Purpose: EOATH appointment for Licensed Real Estate Sales person
Date of Coverage: 09/10/2021 - 09/13/2021
Tracking no: #PRC-958324895271

Eudela 01:51 PM, Sep 13, 2021

Hi,
I have tried getting an appointment for EOATH online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" note and I cannot proceed further. I have already checked and confirmed that I have keyed in the correct details based on the documents at hand.

I have also tried reaching out via email and PRC phone, but failed to connect with them

How do I rectify the mismatch and how do you get my EOATH appointment? Who do I contact? Since the said position still in queue.

Dear Eulalia Eudela,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 13, 2021 01:51:58 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Record Mismatched during EOAT appoinment.

Response to Request

Upon checking, your name is not included in the database for the real estate salespersons, the reason why you were having a record mismatch for the E-Oath transaction.

We have already forwarded your concern to the Secretary to the PRB of Real Estate Service Professions.

You may email them thru their email address prb_realestateservice@prc.gov.ph for follow up if your name was already included in the list for Real Estate Salespersons to be added in the database, so that you will be able to proceed with the e-oath transaction.

Thank you.

Respectfully,
FOI Officer
