Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I changed my surname last 2018? Is there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is a Personal appearance without an appointment at PRC Manila considered? Thank you so much.
