Dear Ma'am/Sir,

In 2016, I ranked 5th in the September Licensure Exam for Teachers - Secondary Level. Unfortunately, since I have been based in Aklan, I wasn't able to receive my Certificate during the Awarding Ceremony. 

I requested such from PRC - Iloilo and they forwarded the request to PRC Central Office, but they said they haven't received a response even until this date.

Could I request the said Certificate? I need it as a supporting document.

You asked for Certificate as Topnotcher in September 2016 LET (Secondary).

Response to your request

This is to inform you that your requested documents is a frontline service transaction and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Certificate of Placer can be obtained at Records Section, NCR office with a corresponding fees.
